KYC Verification In Gomblingo
Gomblingo runs KYC to confirm identity, residence, and payment ownership before it processes certain withdrawals or removes account limits.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Gomblingo requests a clear photo or scan of a valid passport or national ID card. The image must show the full document (all corners), the holder’s full name, date of birth, document number, issue/expiry dates, and the photo. If the casino asks for a selfie check, the user uploads a selfie that matches the ID photo; screenshots and edited images get rejected.
- Address proof: Gomblingo accepts a utility bill, bank statement, or government letter that shows the player’s full name and residential address. The document date must be within the last 90 days, and the address must match the profile data. PO boxes and documents without an issue date fail the check.
- Payment method: If the user deposits by bank card, Gomblingo asks for a photo of the card showing the first 6 and last 4 digits and the cardholder name; the CVV must be hidden. If the deposit is made via e-wallet, the casino requests a screenshot or PDF from the wallet account page showing the account holder name and wallet ID/email. For bank transfers, it requests a statement or transfer receipt that shows the sender name and IBAN/account number.
Gomblingo triggers KYC when the account makes a first withdrawal, when a withdrawal exceeds internal risk thresholds, when the account changes key details (name, address, phone, payment method), or when the system flags unusual activity (multiple accounts, inconsistent geolocation, chargeback risk).
Typical review time is 24–72 hours after all files are uploaded in the correct format. If documents are unclear or mismatched, the casino sends a re-upload request and the timeline restarts from the new submission.
